On Sunday 9th August, our FREE East Yorkshire shuttle buses will run directly from Hull Interchange and Priory Park & Ride straight onto Hessle Foreshore for Lifeboat Open Day 2026.

You’ll be dropped off less than 100m from the action.

No long walk. No searching for parking. Just hop on, get dropped off, and enjoy the day.

The buses will run throughout the day, making this the easiest & quickest way to attend the event.

FREE bus travel for Humber Rescue Open Day 2026

A huge thank you to East Yorkshire Buses for supporting this year’s Humber Rescue Lifeboat Open Day.

FREE shuttle buses will run directly from Hull Interchange and Priory Park, Hessle, taking you straight to the action at Hessle Foreshore.

Timetables will be published closer to the day.

We’ll once again be joining partner agencies at The Deep from Saturday 23rd May – Sunday 31st May for H2O Heroes 2026

Come and meet the crew, explore emergency service vehicles, learn vital water safety skills and enjoy a packed week of activities for the whole family.

Last year’s event welcomed over 20,000 visitors.

We’re looking forward to another brilliant week alongside fellow emergency services.

We are now just 13 weeks away from the Humber Rescue Lifeboat Open Day… and it’s shaping up to be a fantastic day on Hessle Foreshore. SUNDAY 9TH AUG.

£7,742.50 Raised for Humber Rescue

A huge thank you to everyone at Hamers Solicitors LLP following their incredible Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge in support of Humber Rescue.

Despite the heat, sore legs and a few battle scars along the way, the Hamers Hikers successfully completed the challenge and raised an amazing £7,742.50 for Humber Rescue.

Fundraising like this helps keep our lifeboats on the water and our crew ready to respond when the pager goes off.

Humber Rescue Open Day returns to Hessle Foreshore on Sunday 9th August.

After welcoming over 5,000 people last year, we’re going even bigger for 2026 and trust us, you won’t want to miss this…
