Today is a sad day. This afternoon, the Brethren of St Augustine’s 8579 will meet for the final time as we will be surrendering our warrant. To every Brother who has made it into Freemasonry through the threshold of our Lodge, we thank you. We wish our current members every success in Freemasonry as they find new Lodges to join.

To all our visitors over the years, we thank you too for all that you are and have been.

Happy to meet, sorry to part, happy to meet again.

A few months ago, our Provincial Charity Steward announced an incentive to raise money for food banks in Hertfordshire. I am pleased to say that so far, we have raised about £24,000 in addition to the £10,000 match funding from the MCF.
