Lozzas Podenco Rescue

Lozzas Podenco Rescue Lozzas Podenco Rescue is a UK based rescue, that finds loving homes for the Forgotten Angels of Spain .

Permanently closed.

LPR is a UK based rescue that focuses solely on Podencos or Spanish sighthound mixes. . LPR will mainly take a podenco from a perrera (killing shelter) and with the help of friends and other associations based in Spain , they are prepared for transportation and then we find these wonderful creatures their new forever homes. Podencos and Galgos find life extremely hard in Spain, they are treated very cruelly and homes are sparse. We have forged good working relationships with Little Pod Association, Podenco Friends , SOS Podenco Rescue (to name a few) and will always have at least one or two podencos over in the UK looking for a home where team work with these other organisations and the transporters is key. We hope to make a difference to the lucky ones that are able to be saved . We will also assist with advice, guidance or urgent care of any podenco already in the UK.
