An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the ADD-vance team as part of the Neurodiversity Support Hub service. Based in our office in Hatfield, you would be part of the team answering our helpline and responding to queries from families and professionals who contact ADD-vance looking for information and support.

You will have excellent listening skills and a great telephone manner alongside a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of neurodivergent families.

There's still time to apply to be our next Dementia Information and Advice Coordinator for Unpaid Carers, providing support as part of the Memory Support Hertfordshire team. You'll provide advice, practical support and signposting to unpaid carers in Hertfordshire, helping them access the services they need.
Full-time role (35 hours a week), Fixed term until end March 2028. Initially based in offices in Hertford, then the possibility of hybrid working after a probation period.

๐ŸŒฑ Devolution could be a big opportunity for rural communities.

Giving people more say in the decisions that affect their communities makes sense โ€“ because who knows a place better than the people who live and work there?

But as plans for devolution move forward, itโ€™s important that rural communities arenโ€™t forgotten.

Patrick Mahon, our Head of Policy and Public Affairs, recently spoke to the BBC about the huge potential of rural England, and why unlocking it could benefit the whole country.

He said: โ€œIf we bring UK rural productivity up to EU levels, the tax take for the Treasury would be around between ยฃ9 billion and ยฃ19 billion each year.โ€

Rural communities have so much to offer, and devolution is an opportunity to make sure their voices are heard and their potential is recognised.
