Support recruitment, training & rota management
Keep office systems running efficiently
Lead audits & ensure regulatory compliance
Maintain accurate digital care records
Communicate with families, staff & external partners

Strong organisational & communication skills
Confident using digital systems
Experience in home care or office management (desirable)
A positive, proactive team player
