As it's Volunteers' Week, we wanted to give a special shout-out to Rob, our Volunteer of the Year!
Rob has been volunteering with us since 2021 and has become an invaluable part of our team. He comes to the centre every week, helping with yard duties, supporting participants during sessions, maintaining the grounds, and fixing just about anything that needs attention – including the field shelters, fencing and just about anything that is an issue!
Rob is always willing to lend a hand, and nothing is ever too much trouble. His dedication, reliability, and positive attitude make a huge difference to everyone at the centre.
When asked what he enjoys most about volunteering with RDA, Rob always says, “Seeing the smiles on the participants’ faces makes everything worthwhile.”
A huge thank you to Rob for everything he does for our centre, our horses, and our participants. We would also like to take this opportunity during Volunteers' Week to thank all of our amazing volunteers. Your time, dedication, and support make what we do possible, and we are incredibly grateful for each and every one of you.
