Talent Match - Herefordshire Helping long-term unemployed 18-24 Year Olds, in the Herefordshire area, back into work.

Talent Match is targeting young people who are furthest from the jobs market, including those who are completely outside of the benefits, work and training system and facing severe barriers to gaining the skills they need to get into work. Talent Match will boost opportunities for young people in these areas by bringing together partnerships of employers, education providers and others, led by loc

al charities. The investment was co-designed with young people, both centrally and in each of the 21 partnership areas, and will continue to have young people at the heart of decision making throughout the programme. We believe that young people have the potential and capability to improve their circumstances and life chances, with the right support. Unemployment hurts at any age; but for young people, long-term unemployment scars for life. Our response is to deliver focused and innovative solutions to the significant employment barriers, challenges and difficulties our target beneficiaries face.
