Rites for Girls - Herefordshire

💐LAST FEW SPACES to join my year-long Girls Journeying Together group on Saturday 18th April. 💐

⭐Although we have now had the free Taster, there is still a chance to join us, as you can use the paid for Session 1 as your taster and then decide if you want to join. After that date the group will be set.

Only 2 SPACES LEFT and about 1 WEEK TO GO. A new group - I can't wait!

I have just had a reunion with my first group, am looking forward to a reunion with my second group in April and am just coming up to the last session of my current group's year-long journey.
I feel so lucky to have the opportunity to get to know these wonderful, unique beings and watch them step into themselves. What an honour!

FREE TASTER Saturday 14th March 2026

- Did you enter your teens feeling like there was someone you could talk to about everything that was changing inside you?
- Did you have a group of friends who you felt safe to be yourself with because they accepted you just as you were?

Girls Journeying Together groups are for 10 – 12 year-old girls (Years 6 and 7) to take a journey of curiosity about what lies ahead in their teens and beyond. Facilitated by a mentor, they meet monthly to discuss the ups and downs of adolescence, the changes to their bodies and emotions, navigating challenges, social pressures, social media and looking towards womanhood with a healthy sense of self.

Each session lasts 3 hours and is full of fun, connection and acceptance. Many of the girls make friends for life!

To help girls to decide if this is right for them, I am holding a free taster session (with mums and female carers) on Sat 14th March 2026 10am - 12pm .
Monthly sessions start 18th April 2026 10am - 1pm.

DATES CONFIRMED FOR WHOLE YEAR.

We are just over halfway through this year's Girls Journeying Together group. It has been lovely to get to know the girls who now hold a place in my heart as I see them building bonds with each other.

I'm taking bookings for my March 2026 Girls Journeying Together group now so get in touch if you have a daughter or know a girl aged 10~12 (Year 6 or 7) who might be interested.

Girls Journeying Together groups helps girls enter their teens feeling self-assured and supported through sessions filled with fun, exploration and connection. We meet monthly for a year and the girls make friends for life.
