We educated ourselves on different fruits and veggies, had a fantastic selection for our afternoon snack with lots leftover for day 2 of Easter Holiday Club plus a great start with a healthy breakfast 🍓🍇🥕🥒🥑

Over the Christmas period we were blessed by the wonderful company Altogether Care just a few units down with a flurry of cleaning equipment, kitchen utensils and a brand new fridge freezer to enable us cater for all of the children that visit us for our HAF school holiday workshops!

We would like to gift our previous fridge freezer to anyone in our community that is in need, unfortunately we are unable to deliver but it will be ready for collection from tomorrow! Please feel free to comment below or pop us a message :)

Wye Fitness and Strong Mumma sessions 💪💪💪

Try a class for FREE this week!!!! Book one or book them all 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻

Did you know that all of our morning sessions are baby and toddler friendly??

Strong Mumma-

A full body session using a mix of weights, resistance bands and body weight exercises. No two sessions will be the same and a fantastic way to get you started on your health journey

Aerial Pilates-

Taking the ideology of Pilates and literally turning it on its head!! Aiding in strengthening your core, flexibility and overall fitness, use the aerial sling to help support and also increase the challenge.

Tuesday 9:30am

TRX-

This is a fantastic full body workout that will engage muscles you didn’t even know you had!

Also know as suspension training, you’ll be working with adjustable straps suspended from our rig, the sweatiest session of all and my all time favourite!

Wednesday 9:30am

Circus Circuits-

A super fun session that uses aerial equipment, weights and body weight exercises

All of these sessions are baby and toddler friendly!! No need to book childcare. . . Lots of toys to keep them occupied, or even use them as a weight 😏
