This Volunteers' Week, we want to say a huge thank you to all our incredible volunteers, including our Trustees and Counsellors. Your dedication, time and commitment help us support people experiencing mental health challenges across our community.
Volunteering is a wonderful way to give back, meet new people and develop new skills, while making a real difference to the lives of others.
If you've ever thought about volunteering and would like to support a local mental health charity, we'd love to hear from you. Whether you can spare a few hours occasionally or help regularly at fundraising events, there are lots of ways to get involved.
