You are never too old to start, come along and join Pilates ABC! Help improve your posture and movement patterns alongside developing a more honed, poised body while you take some much deserved “you time”. Experience the mind body connection, learn to use different breathing patterns. Compliment and aid your daily activities and sport. Small varied classes with exercises modified where appropriate to suit your personal needs. Clients of all ages including beginners welcome.

Today we would like to recognise our longest-serving regular hirer, Julie Rose, and say a huge thank you for her incredible loyalty and dedication to our community hall over the past 30 plus years.

Julie first hired the Hall in 1993, becoming a regular hirer in 1995, and this week she is retiring. Her commitment and support over more than three decades have meant so much to the Hall and to the many people who have attended her sessions over the years.

The trustees felt it was only fitting to recognise this remarkable milestone and thank Julie for her years of loyal support.

Thank you, Julie, for everything you have done for our Hall and our community. Your dedication, friendship and unwavering support have been truly appreciated, and we wish you a long, happy and well-deserved retirement.
