4th Henley in Arden Fairtrade Cake Competition 2023 Henley in Arden Fairtrade Cake Competition Sunday 5th March 2023 All entries must contain at least one Fairtrade product.

Entry FREE and open to anyone both residents and visitors- entries must arrive at The Church Hall in Beaudesert Lane, Henley in Arden between 11am and 12 noon on Sunday 6th March. Entrants can enter both a Cake and Pudding fit for a Queen. After the prize giving contestants and visitors are welcome to taste the cakes. Prizes will be given for both Cakes and Puddings in Adult and 12 and under cate

gories for Best Taste, Best Decoration or look and Best in show. Judges are Matt Cheal of Cheal's in Henley, Glynn Purnell of Purnells in Birmingham and The Mount in Henley, Sue Westmacott of Sue Dalby Catering in Henley, Maria-Rosa of La Dolce Piazza and the Court Leet Bread Weigher Sharon Jones. Prizes are sponsored by the Co-op and E H Smith Kitchens & Bathrooms. It is free to enter but, if wish to make a donation please give a Fairtrade item to the Stratford Food Bank Collection basket in the Co-op. The competition is organised to promote Fairtrade Fortnight and the Coop's ongoing commitment to support and sell Fairtrade products. The organiser on behalf of the Coop is Membership Pioneer Simon Woods.
