Henfield Theatre Company (HTC) is an amateur dramatic group based in Henfield, West Sussex. plays, musicals and pantomimes and alternate years, an open-air production, usually a Shakespeare, in one of the charming gardens in or around the village. New members of all abilities are always welcome to join either as a performer or in one of our many important back stage roles.

*STARTING ON SATURDAY - PLACES STILL AVAILABLE*

Following the success of our two youth productions and our ever-growing junior membership, we are delighted to advise that Mandy Ainsworth will be running two youth theatre workshops on 22nd and 29th August between 10am and 1pm at the Henfield Hall. Price per session is £12 with an additional £8 annual membership fee for non-members. These always prove to be popular and lots of fun so don't delay if you wish your child to attend either or both of the sessions. Please note your child(ren) has to be a minimum of 8 years old to attend.

*DON’T FORGET* Our upcoming sessions for kids!

We have 2 wonderful options for you to break up the monotonous weeks.

Firstly, OUR DAY OUT - a 3 session acting course for 11 to 16 year olds, inspired by W***y Russell’s much-loved play.

Using scenes from Our Day Out as the starting point, participants will explore a range of professional theatre techniques and discover how actors bring characters and stories to life while building confidence, creativity and stagecraft in a fun, supportive environment.

Dates and Times:
📅 11 August – 10am–12pm
📅 12 August – 2pm–4pm
📅 13 August – 2pm–4pm

💷 £15 HTC members
💷 £20 non-members

Secondly, YOUTH THEATRE - Mandy Ainsworth will be running two youth theatre workshops for 8 to 18 year olds as a continuation of her usual theatre school and youth productions. These always prove to be popular and lots of fun and your child can attend either or both of the sessions.
