Trees on the River Uck Project Helping to reduce the impacts of flooding on Uckfield utilising natural river processes.

A partnership project, Trees on the River Uck (TrUck) seeks to slow down flood waters by using natural river features and processes, such as increased use of the floodplain and woodland creation. Based in the Uck catchment we aim to work with local landowners providing free help and advice in order to improve the landscape for people and wildlife.
