Hi everyone, and a big welcome to the WHAW Young Leaders group! 👋
I'm *Anusha*, your Youth Programme Manager, and I'm joined by Sam, our Youth Programme Facilitator - we're really looking forward to getting to know you all.
First, an apology for the delay: some of you joined expecting an August start, and we're sorry for the wait. The good news is we've used the extra time to secure our funding and programme space, so we can run everything properly. *Our new start date is in September.* 🎉
A few things to help us get going:

I’m looking for 6 women from our multi cultural West Hendon to join us to share their favourite recipes from their culture, cook and enjoy. We will then create a cook book to be shared online with our local community. Your face, your story and your recipe. You need to be free on a weekday 12-2pm for this lunchtime Cook, Heal and Gather session over 6 weeks.
