Today we have become Chime Housing! 🎉

It’s an exciting new chapter — Thrive Homes and Watford Community Housing have officially come together as one organisation: Chime Housing.

What does this mean for our existing residents?

You don’t need to do anything. Your tenancy rights, terms and conditions stay the same. You can continue to contact us in all the usual ways. Our phone numbers and email addresses haven’t changed.

Over the next 18–24 months, we’ll gradually bring our services together. You will continue to see our previous branding for a while as we update things in a cost‑effective way.

As we bring our two organisations together, you’ll begin to see less updates on this page, which will be no longer active by the end of June.

Working together to reduce missed repair appointments 🤝

Issues with gaining access to homes and missed appointments continue to contribute to delays in completing some repairs. To improve this, we’re working closely with customers to improve communication and keep you better informed.

⚠️ Beware of scam callers 📞
We’ve recently received reports from customers about scam calls from individuals claiming to represent an energy company and asking people to complete surveys.

If you’re contacted by someone you don’t recognise who claims to be working on our behalf, please stay cautious. If you’re unsure, you can always call us on 0800 917 6077 to verify the caller. Our colleagues will always carry ID and never ask for cash payments.

Items left in corridors risk your safety - help make sure your home stays safe and keep communal areas clear!

We may issue a torts notice where we see storage of personal belongings in communal areas to ensure items are removed. If this happens to any items you own, you'll have 7 days to remove them.

When we have to dispose of personal items or fly-tipping, this also comes at an extra cost to you through your service charges. Please make sure to keep your belongings inside your home.
