Our main 2026 Summer Season of Events at Coronation Park Helston is now over, with a final last performance from Squashbox Theatre yesterday.

How did we do? As we start to think about what might be possible for our 2027 season, we want to know what you're desperate for us to do again, who you are and why you came to an event and what you think we might do differently in the future.

Our final Park Yoga session tomorrow was meant to be outside, but rather than soggy mats and wet toes, we’re heading indoors to The Old Cattle Market! 🧘‍♀️✨

Tomorrow, Coronation Park goes giantly mad! 💚 The Lost Giants are bringing Tregeagle to life, a three-metre-tall giant puppet, and he needs a whole town's worth of racket to rouse him!

(A little bird tells us Tregeagle's a restless old Cornish soul with a legendary howl. Come find out for yourself.)

From 11am: make shakers, drums and noisy things. At 3pm: march round the lake behind Tregeagle, banging and rattling as loud as you dare.

Update on events at the park this week: we've been working out contingency plans and refreshing our weather apps every few minutes! Below is the plan for our upcoming events (please let your friends, famliies and neighbours know!)

THURSDAY (27th)
7pm Wicked For Good (open-air cinema) - going ahead outdoors in the sunshine

FRIDAY (28th)
10am Skate School (fully booked) - moved to The Basement Helston
11am-2.30pm Dress our giant and instrument workshop - going ahead inside the pavilion in the park
3pm Giant parade - going ahead in the park (bring a coat!)

SATURDAY (29th)
7pm Noche de Pica Rico - moved indoors to Trevow Helston (Meneage Road)

SUNDAY (30th)
Family Sports Day - cancelled

MONDAY (31st)
2.30pm Squashbox: The Sea Show - will go ahead at the park if dry but will move into the Old Cattle Market if wet
