The Military Partners Careers Pathways Project provides free, tailored one-to-one support for partners of Serving Armed Forces personnel, including Reservists, across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. Delivered by a Military Partner Change Coach with lived experience, the project helps individuals overcome the unique challenges of military life by building confidence, improving wellbeing, reducing isolation, and supporting access to employment, education and training. Through personalised coaching, the project empowers military partners to achieve their goals and realise their full potential.
