Gentle reminder... to please think about others and not be greedy when visiting the cupboard please.

I placed an entire box of 30+ sachets of coffee (caramel) in the cupboard yesterday that was kindly donated by someone.. the entire box has been taken by one person in the evening.

I had ripped opened this box and displayed it alongside the tea bags for people to take a few, but someone has decided they wanted the entire box. It's disappointing because that could have been shared between multiple households and helped many people. The box had no lid and was ripped wide open, so you must have known it wasn't for just one person to take the entire thing!

If the person that took this entire box reads this, I'd appreciate if you could donate another box to help others as it was intended to do. From now on, I will no longer display things like this, and will only put a few in a bag on the shelf at any one time.

Something like caramel coffee sachets are a luxury, and that could have really cheered up and treated someone (many people) who normally couldn't afford things like that whilst they're struggling. Not only do I want to help people get essential food items, but if I can I like to provide things that can give an extra bit of joy and help during such hard times. Please consider others when you take.. 🙏

Come and use it all up, it all needs eating before its wasted. If you can spare a tin or cupboard essential item it would be greatly appreciated!

Top shelf of veg racking is items from my fridge - they need to be kept in the fridge and have just been put out at 1pm - please help yourself and if there is any left later in the day please use your discretion as they have not been stored in the fridge since 1pm.

Apologies for the lack of posts lately. I just wanted to update everyone that there is currently some shortage of resources at the moment, hence no fresh items lately. I am trying my best to source fresh items and will post updates with what I'm able to get.

If anyone is able to donate any items right now it would be most appreciated as cupboard essentials are also low. Please check your cupboards for any old items you may not want or use, or maybe you can spare less than 50p to get a tin of something in your next shop to donate. It will help someone more than you know. Thank you 🙏🌸

The new cupboard is officially live and usable 🙌 she is still at the same location, but instead of having to reach over the wall, you can now walk right up to the cupboard! Much easier to access 🥰

It does have a bolt on the front so please remember to bolt it across again after use - and please be careful not to stand inside the cupboard.

She is all stocked up on cupboard essentials, fresh fruit and veg and some non-food items.

Thank you to those that have donated items recently, it really makes a huge difference! If anyone is able to just spare a tin in exchange for some items, it keeps the cupboard going and stocked for others. It doesn't have to be anything fancy, supermarket basic tins are perfect and cheap.

Big special thank you to my partner for all the DIY its taken to put this new cupboard in place. We will be decorating it and making it look even better in time - so stay tuned 😍

Wednesday 13th May 🌸

We are in the process of setting up the new cupboard - the old one has been removed and we are currently using the black box so you are able to still collect things.

Fresh bakery items
Lots of fresh vegetables - cabbage, onions, spring onions, cauliflower, potatoes, salad bags.

**Please don't forget, if you can donate anything at all we would really appreciate it. Just a tin as a swap for some fresh items in the cupboard goes a long way to help others.

Will update soon about the new cupboard once set up 🥰
