Important Notice to Godolphin Cross Residents

Next Tuesday 18th August, Godolphin Primary School will be taking delivery of a new classroom (an Elliot Hut).
As with previous deliveries, the classroom will be transported into the village and lifted by crane into the school playground from the lay-by area at the front of the school.
To ensure the delivery and installation can be carried out safely, the road directly outside the school will need to be closed for the duration of the day, from just beyond Forth Vean up to the top of Herland Road. As with the delivery last year, access for residents will be maintained at all times.
We would be very grateful if residents could help us by avoiding parking directly outside the school or in the lay-by throughout the day. This will help provide the space needed for the delivery vehicles and crane, and ensure the work can be completed safely and efficiently.
Godolphin Primary School and Crofty Education Trust would like to thank residents in advance for their patience, understanding and cooperation.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your support in helping this important project proceed safely.
