According to Scotland's 2022 Census, there are 172,000 veterans living in Scotland but only 13,000 are currently identified as veterans on GP IT systems.

We're asking veterans across Scotland to help change that.

GST had a wonderful day yesterday at Drumfork Community Centre Families day. It was lovely bump into old friends and also make some new ones. All funds raised go straight back into meeting the needs of our members. Thank you for your support

Our members had their Hawaiian Brunch yesterday, it was lovely to see everyone in their bright colours, with hats, lei and grass skirts aplenty. Alongside the usual cooked breakfast our members enjoyed fruit kebabs, a fruit cocktail and a beautiful fruit platter kindly donated by Nature's Harvest. The Hawaiian Brunch is a favourite of our members and has become a yearly event. GST will have a tombola stall at Drumfork Community Centre Families Day on 29th July 1pm -3pm come, join us and help support the work we do

Thank you so much to Military Museum Scotland SCIO for welcoming us and setting up such an emotional display of late member Lt Cdr Rtd Dennis 'Spike' Jones's memorabilia kindly donated to the museum by his family. You always go above and beyond when we visit and we will definitely be back. We also took the opportunity to visit Linden Walled Garden while we were there and throughly enjoyed the beautiful flowers and sunshine
