We are a playgroup that opens on Wednesday mornings 1000-1130 for under 5's. We were originally based at St Columbas Church for many years, due to renovations within St Columbas and the amalgamation of the local parishes, we relocated temporarily to Park Church. January 2016 we moved again and we are now in the lovely newly built Helensburgh Parish Church Hall. The group has now been running for approx 16 years by volunteer mums. The group provides the opportunity for children to play and for mums/parents/guardians to speak with each other for 'morale' support. We now see ourselves as an integrated part of our community. Parent/Guardians can bring their under 5 along for a play with the selection of toys we have. We provide a snack and drink for the children, and a biscuit and tea/coffee for parent/guardian. The parent/guardian must stay with their child. We have parties for the children at Easter, Beginning of Summer, Halloween and Christmas.
