We’ve seen the beer list, but it’s time to talk about the botanicals. This year, our Gin Hall is stepping up with a massive showcase of professional craft distillers.

We aren't just pouring drinks; we’re celebrating the business owners and master distillers who keep Scotland’s spirits scene world-class. From local farm diversifications to maritime-inspired labels, here are the vendors joining us at the Civic Centre:

❤️ The Local Legends: Jelly Legs Gin, Helensburgh’s first-ever gin! Jelly Legs was born right here as a farm diversification project just over two years ago. They’ve quickly become a festival staple and a perfect example of local entrepreneurship.

🌈 The Color-Changing Masters: Ellis gin, Masters of innovation, Ellis gin brings a splash of science to your glass. Known for their naturally colored and "shimmer" gins, they prove that a modern business can be both beautiful and high-quality.

🌳 The Rooted Craftsmen: Craobh Gin (Andvin Gin Ltd) Pronounced "Kroov" (Gaelic for 'tree'), Craobh Gin is built on family and friendship. Based in Glasgow and distilled with a focus on heritage, they are a fantastic example of a modern business with deep traditional roots.

⚓ The Maritime Artisans: Shipyard Gin, A tribute to the Clyde’s heritage. Shipyard Gin is an award-winning business inspired by the founder’s grandfather who worked the Greenock yards. Their citrus-led London Dry is "Clydebuilt" quality through and through.

🔥 The Island Spices: Wildfire Gin Bringing the heat to the Gin Hall! Wildfire Gin is a bold, warming spirit inspired by the rugged north. They represent the incredible reach of Scottish distilling, bringing a bit of island fire to Helensburgh.

🌊 The Lochside Experts: Luss Distillery, Our neighbors from the banks of Loch Lomond! Luss Distillery brings a sense of adventure and world-class craft expertise to our festival lineup, showcasing the very best of our surrounding area.

The Best Part? Because this event is run by HEART, every glass poured helps reinvest 100% of the profits back into Helensburgh community projects.

We’ve already told you we’re back, but today we’re getting down to business: the 100+ beers, ales, and ciders that will be pouring at the Civic Centre this weekend!

Whether you’re a hop-hunter or a traditional ale fan, here is what’s waiting for you on tap:

✅ The Local Legends: Our mates from No Limits Brewing have their very own bar! They’re bringing 12 taps of Dumbarton’s finest, from crisp lagers to punchy, modern pales.

✅ The Real Ale Bar: We’ve curated a massive selection of 37 different drinks. We’re talking heavy hitters like Loch Lomond Brewery and stewartbrewing, plus rare casks from independent micros across the UK.

✅ The Craft Corner: 18 taps of the freshest, haziest, and most experimental beers for those who love a modern brew.

✅ Cider & Perry: Not a fan of the grain? We’ve got 27 traditional ciders to keep things crisp and refreshing.

🍻Have you met Tim? 🍺

If you have visited the Helensburgh Beer and Gin Festival, you have likely seen Tim. He has been a familiar face at the festival since it first began, and his expertise is a vital part of what makes the weekend a success.

Tim joined us through his involvement with CAMRA. He brings a wealth of specialised knowledge to our team, which he uses to ensure our cask ales are kept in peak condition. Tim works hard behind the scenes to keep us all right, ensuring we serve the best possible pints to our guests throughout the weekend.

Throughout the weekend Tim is usually found sharing stories of beer festivals from years gone by from the end of the Real Ale Bar. His passion for the craft and his commitment to our community make him a brilliant colleague and a friend to many.

As a volunteer-run charity, we rely on the dedication of people like Tim. It is through their hard work that we can ensure 100% of our profits go directly towards supporting community projects in Helensburgh and Lomond.

🎸 are Back!
It simply wouldn’t be the Helensburgh Beer and Gin Festival without them. We are thrilled to welcome festival favourites Crowded Croft back to the main stage!

They join us every single year, and we can’t wait to see them bring the energy once again. Grab a cold craft beer or a refreshing gin and join us for the highlight of the weekend.

When: Saturday, 3pm – 5pm

Where: The Main Stage

By joining us, you’re doing more than just enjoying great music. HEART is run entirely by volunteers, meaning 100% of festival profits are reinvested into local community projects across Helensburgh and Lomond.

Come along, support our town, and enjoy the music. We look forward to seeing you there!
