Life is a journey, not a race – the ambition of thinking time is to give you and your family the skills to think and act with true purpose and value. This will enable you to silence the internal thoughts that promote self-doubt and sabotage our ambitions and dreams. How can people live in now and not dwell on the past. Through Thinking Time I can be your guide to discover what now means to you and your life.

This Thursday is the third year anniversary of the group.

Each month I look forward to hosting the group as throughout the years I have met such a wide variety of people from various backgrounds and different challenges in their lives.

Each man that has attended has been respectful of the rules, confidentiality and created a safe nonjudgmental space.
