All men from aged 16+ are welcomed. This will enable you to silence the internal thoughts that promote self-doubt and sabotage our ambitions and dreams.

Mentor Scotland Helensburgh Time to Talk is a peer to peer men's group that provides a safe, nonjudgmental space to offload your thoughts, gain connection and meet new people. Life is a journey, not a race – the ambition of thinking time is to give you and your family the skills to think and act with true purpose and value. Today's latest buzz phrase is live in now. What actually is now? How can people live in now and not dwell on the past. Through Thinking Time I can be your guide to discover what now means to you and your life.

This change to the group has been ongoing now for sometime and feel now the three year anniversary is past time to update the page and announce that Time to Talk is now part of Mentor Scotland which expands support from Dumbarton to Helensburgh.

This month we are holding an open night instead of a talking group to better understand what support and frequency is required for the group. We need male volunteers to keep the group running so if you are interested in volunteering then please come along.

This Thursday is the third year anniversary of the group.

Each month I look forward to hosting the group as throughout the years I have met such a wide variety of people from various backgrounds and different challenges in their lives.

Each man that has attended has been respectful of the rules, confidentiality and created a safe nonjudgmental space.
