Forest Live is coming to Cannock Chase Forest! 🎀🌲🎸

Businesses and car parks are open as normal until the end of Tuesday 23 June but you may notice extra vehicles, machinery and contractors on site as we set up for the concerts.

On concert days (Wednesday 24 to Sunday 28 June), the car park will be open as usual until midday. After that, we'll need it cleared by 3pm to keep things running safely.

Thanks for bearing with us. It's going to be a brilliant week. And if you want to get your hands on one of the last remaining tickets visit πŸ”— www.forestlive.com/cannockchaseforest

A driver reported that stones had been thrown from a footbridge over the carriageway, close to T7, hitting their vehicle.

No one was reported injured.

Officers attended and carried out a search, but no one was located on the bridge.

We are appealing to anyone who saw what happened who may have relevant dashcam footage to get in touch with us.

| Neighbourhood PC's and PCSOs from Cannock recently joined forces with colleagues from Walsall Police and Network Rail to carry out a proactive operation across the local train network.

The joint effort focused on providing a highly visible police presence to reassure the public and deter criminal activity.

Officers and PCSOs also actively patrolled stations and trains, remaining vigilant for anyone seeking to utilise the rail network for criminal purposes.

As a result of this coordinated operation, a number of positive outcomes were achieved, demonstrating the effectiveness of partnership working across policing teams.

The operation not only disrupted potential criminal activity but also helped strengthen community confidence through visible and proactive policing.

We will continue to work closely with West Midlands Police and British Transport Police, as well as other partners to keep our transport networks safe and ensure they remain secure environments for all passengers.
