WE ARE SO BACK!

The last two seasons we have seen football over-run, so we like to have a month to reset & enjoy the start of summer.

We have some massive announcements coming over the next week, and our Pre Season Schedule is coming.

As always, we will be looking for new players & volunteers to join the group for the 2026/27 season. If you are interested in joining the club, please reach out!

We can also announce our Second Team have taken the positive step of following the First Team into the West Yorkshire League, a league which maintains a high standard and only accepts the best.

We’re looking forward to getting going again, going back to basics and being back out there representing the most prestigious club in the area.

SEASON 2025/26 DONE!

Judging by the standards set the last few seasons winning everything put infront of us and back to back league titles, this season has been a disappointment.

We started really well in the league going 11 unbeaten, but there are no hiding places looking at our form in 2026, which has probably been the toughest 5 months of football we have experienced for a long time.

One thing remains, when we have our strongest group available we can compete with the very best out there. We managed to lift the Wheatley Cup for a record 11th time, which softens the blow slightly.

A fifth place finish in the league, and cup exits in the latter stages mean we end the season with nothing but hunger to make next season better.

We would like to thank everybody for their support for both our First & Second Team, and look forward to updating you on everything Littletown for next season.

Time to have a break, celebrate a few weddings, Stag Do’s, Birthday’s & Presentation night and enjoy a long summer 🍺☀️

WE GO AGAIN.

BOBBY THOMPSONS MAGIC.

Littletown FC 3-1 Ripon AFC.

Goals: Thomas Ramsden 2, Robbie Thompson
MOM: Robbie Thompson

A quick turnaround after Thursdays Cup Final win, the lads battled well with notable absentees to make it two wins this season over Ripon.

Ripon took the lead but the equaliser from MOM Thompson came around 10 minutes before half time.

The second half introduction of Ben Barker made an impact and Littletown came close a few times before eventually Tom Ramsden bagged a brace with two lovely finishes to give Littletown all 3 points.

The chances of retaining the Premier League title ended Over a month ago, but the lads are fully committed to finishing in the top 3 with another game Monday.

2 games to go before a hectic summer!

WHEATLEY CUP CHAMPIONS.

Littletown FC 3-0 Howden Clough.

Goals: Adam Williams, Thomas Ramsden, Oliver Bellwood.

MOM: Robbie Thompson.

Sheer dominance from the lads tonight to lift the Wheatley Cup for a record 11 times.

A poor 2026 by our standards, but still managing to lift our 6th bit of tin in 3 seasons.

Tonight we met a resolute Howden Clough who’s goalkeeper and missed chances kept the scoreline at 0-0 until the 60th minute, when Ollie Bellwood rounded the keeper and finished well.

Adam Williams added a second with a fantastic whipped finish, and the game was finally over when Tom Ramsden lobbed the keeper to make it 3-0.

Robbie Thompson was fantastic.

QUARTER FINAL CUP EXIT FOR LITTLETOWN.

Gomersal 2-1 Littletown FC

Goal: Reece Thompson
MOM: Louis Holt

After being humbled on Monday going down 6-1 to Gomersal, the lads headed out for their 6th game in 14 days hoping to put in a better account ourselves.

The best side for the majority, but individual mistakes and squandered chances ultimately tell the story of a really poor second half of the season.

MOM went to striker Louis Holt who dropped to Centre Half after an injury and put in a massive shift.

We wish Gomersal luck in the semi finals, and look to re-group for our Wheatley Cup final Thursday with hope we can put a good squad out to bring some silverware back to Beck Lane.

We will play football again soon!

On this day 6 years ago, Beck Lane truly lived up to its name. Again this year it feels like we’ve not had a dry day in weeks on end.

While things on the pitch have been quiet, we have exciting updates around the maintenance of Beck Lane, and progression in securing Milton Road to ensure continued development of Littletown juniors.

Our goal is to make Beck Lane a Community Hub for people of Heckmondwike & across Kirklees to come and enjoy first class coaching of all sports & activities.
