We can't provide a cure as Ian asks for in this video but we can provide a supportive environment where people living with Parkinson's can meet, sing, and share with each other.

Singing can help people living with Parkinson's strengthen breathing, voice, and facial muscles which are often impacted by the condition, help them to enhance motor control which supports posture and walking and most importantly it stops people from being isolated and boosts mental health.

Shared Harmonies works with over 200 people a week living with Parkinson's, dementia, respiratory conditions or mental health challenges but our services are at risk.

We need extra funds to ensure we can keep all our groups running so we've launched a fundraising campaign. We're asking people who believe in our work to help in whatever way they can, sharing and liking our posts, or donating whatever they can, even if only £1.
