Speaking Up Together have had the privilege of being part of Service User and Carer Reference group over the years, which is hosted by CTNW NHS Foundation Trust and co-chaired by our amazing South Tyneside colleague Margaret Adams.

We look forward to continued future involvement in the reference group in a more focused way ensuring that the voices of people with learning disabilities and autistic people are heard.

Ann and David spent a great morning at the Eco Centre in Hebburn with the students from Route2Work College. We talked about Books Beyond Words and showed everyone how we made our own book.

Thankyou to everyone who came to our AGM yesterday.
We said goodbye to co-chairs Gary and Terri and thanked them for all of their hard work. Taking their places will be Ann and Christine.
