Facing Cancer Together Heathfield An informal, friendly support group in Heathfield for women of any age with a cancer diagnosis and women who are caregivers to someone with cancer.

A friendly support group in Heathfield, East Sussex, set up by a cancer sufferer/survivor, that first came into being in January 2016. The group meets for informal chats over cake and coffee/tea to discuss anything and everything, cancer related or not, but primarily functions so that no one faces their diagnosis alone. We normally meet every other Tuesday 10am-12pm. You would be welcome to get in touch via Facebook or email for information and advice.

Our Story

A friendly support group in Heathfield, East Sussex, set up by a cancer sufferer/survivor, that first came into being in January 2016. The group meets for informal chats over cake and coffee/tea to discuss anything and everything, cancer related or not, but primarily functions so that no one faces their diagnosis alone. We currently meet every other Tuesday 10am-12pm. We also enjoy doing activities together such as occasionally have lunch together, meals out, afternoon tea, walking to build fitness, taking part in quizzes and building our friendships within the group which is supportive and encouraging, with advice available as needed or just an outlet to process your cancer diagnosis.
