ATTENTION ALL CHAMBER MEMBERS:

Our next Members Exchange is on Monday 9th November, where we will have a professional presentation by…

Andie Petfield of Appleby Petfield Ltd. Have you ever wondered what the different types of Survey mean?
Does a lenders valuation constitute a ‘Survey’?
What do Condition Ratings mean?
Why is a survey important and what do we look for?

Andie can guide you through each of these questions. She will give an insight into each of the different types of survey for residential and commercial property and give a brief summary of what Planning and Building Regulations means. She brings 40 years’ worth of experience in inspecting a wide range of standard and unusual buildings both residential and commercial.

We’ll be at State Hall, Station Road, Heathfield between 5.30pm and 7.30pm.

It’s never too early to start planning for Christmas…

SPONSORSHIP NEEDED 🎄

Our Christmas Tree has been ordered for this Year and we’re looking for sponsors to support funding for that and associated festivities throughout the Christmas period…

Are you a local business or organisation who would like to be associated with the town festivities this Year?

If so, we’d ask for a £50 donation, for which your business would:

- Be named on the plaque to be placed alongside the tree for the duration
- Be advertised on our website and on our various Social Media platforms as a sponsor
- Be mentioned on the night over the PA
- Receive a listing in the ‘Christmas in Heathfield’ programme to be distributed around town

If you’d like to show your support, please email [email protected] for more information about how you can get involved.
