☀️ Today was another fun and sunny morning at Shipley Country Park

🏁 19 junior parkrunners crossed the finish line

💪🏼 2 juniors bagged themselves a PB — well done to everyone who achieved a new PB! 🎉

✈️ 1 junior parkrunner visited us for the first time — we hope you enjoyed the course and will come back to see us again soon!

🏅 1 junior parkrunner reached a milestone — huge congratulations to Zephyr on reaching 10 junior parkruns! 🎉

🦺 26 volunteers gave their time to make our event possible — thank you so much to every single one of you! ❤️

We’d love to get as many names on our volunteer roster as possible, so if you’re a parent, responsible adult or just fancy giving volunteering a go, we’d love to have you join us! 🦺❤️

⚠️ Just a reminder that we are cancelled this Sunday as there is another event in the park ⚠️

There are plenty of other junior parkruns close by so if you fancy a bit of junior parkrun tourism I’m sure they’d be chuffed to see you!

We will be back business as usual the following week, so make sure your mums, dads & responsible adults know to bring you down for some junior parkrun fun 🤩

Big news 🎉 We have new junior parkrun milestones!

From this Sunday, we are going to be doing even more celebrating each week as the junior parkrun milestones are changing!

The new milestones are as follows -
10, 25, 50, 75, 100, 150, 200, 250, 300

Not only will you get a free milestone band, but you can download free milestone certificates, and there are new junior milestone t-shirts to purchase!

Adults please check your juniors milestones before Sunday so you can see what their next will be…
