Surrey Clubs for Young People

Surrey Clubs for Young People Surrey Clubs for Young People runs open access youth clubs throughout Surrey and the South London Boroughs in over 15 clubs and centers.

Our youth clubs provide a safe space for young people to find meaningful activities and make friends. In addition to the youth clubs it runs and supports, in 2021 Surrey Clubs for Young People (SCYP) is re-opening Youth and Community Centres across Surrey as part of its regeneration project. Our mission is to put Youth and Community Centres at the heart of their communities by making them a safe a

nd welcoming space for young people to benefit from role models, meaningful activity and for them to feel part of their communities. The centers will also serve as a venue for the community to use for life events and local services. We offer open access youth work within our new and existing youth clubs, which are open to young people aged 13-17 (check your local club). SCYP is a charity that relies on volunteers in our youth clubs and we fundraise to be able to run our clubs. SCYP also supports community members to open their own youth clubs within their local communities. We offer affiliated membership and provide governance support, professional information, access to documents and business plans as well as offering fundraising support and Youth Workers.
