At the beginning of October our last Bronze Cohort of this year were out on their assessed expedition over in East Sussex on the South Downs, camping at Bushy Wood Scout Campsite

Even though Storm Amy was around, this did not stop any of them! Well Done to every single one of them for challenging themselves. As one Bronze has said this year about the expedition "It was a detox and gave them the chance to really talk and laugh with each other".

Last Weekend we have one of our Bronze cohorts out on their Assessed Expedition. The teams were over in East Sussex camping at Bushy Wood Scout Camp and enjoying the countryside and the South Downs.
Well Done to all of the participant, you did amazing!

Two of our Gold Teams completed their Assessed Expedition last week in the Lake District. Even though they had a fair amount of rain and wind, they spirits never lowered and they enjoyed themselves!

We are proud of of each one of them and the challenges they have personally over come going through this expedition and each level of the Award!

Our Gold teams are in the Lake District!

After a long drive yesterday, the teams are out this morning enjoying Keswick and any final expedition preparation, before they meet their assessor this afternoon and get ready for their Assessed expedition tomorrow.

This was a quick turn around for our volunteer leaders and for our Young Leaders. However, our Young Leaders a have a different role this expedition as they are completing their expedition as participants.

Last weekend our Silver teams were out enjoying the Long Mynd while completing their assessed expedition. Massive Well Done to them all, they all did amazing and themselves proud.

We were also joined by our Young Leaders, who were fantastic in supporting the expedition and building skills in preparation to becoming leaders that this year.
