So grateful to Cove Reformer Studio in Lindfield for choosing to support The Haven on International Women's Day this year.

This IWD, we give to gain 💜

On Sunday 8th March, we’re marking International Women’s Day in the studio, with movement, meaning and community.

Join us for:

💜a female-only playlist
💜 a ‘give to gain’ reflection board after class
💜 purple styling throughout the studio
💜 a small take-home gift from us

And beyond the studio walls… 20% of all bookings made on Sunday 8th March will be donated to The Haven. A charity providing free therapy and support to women and men navigating miscarriage, Abortion and baby loss.

The Haven Pregnancy Counselling Centre are based in mid Suss*x and support women and men facing unplanned pregnancy, pregnancy with complications, post abortion and following pregnancy loss. They also run sessions in local secondary schools and colleges and deliver sessions on s*x and healthy relationships to hundreds of young people each year.

Just a reminder that The Singing Allsorts, a local choir based in Cuckfield, have decided to make The Haven their chosen charity for their Christmas Concert this year!
Tickets are free, but people are asked to book in on the Ticketsource link below, so that they know numbers. So if you have not booked, please do as tomorrow is the night!

There will be an opportunity to donate on the night, including by purchasing drinks in the interval. It promises to be a really great evening.

🌷 Ongoing care for families navigating grief
