COMMIS CHEF
A brilliant opportunity for someone who has a genuine passion and wants to develop their career in the kitchen.
You’ll be supported by an experienced team while learning and developing your skills in food preparation, cooking, food safety, stock management and the day-to-day running of a busy professional kitchen.

**STORES SUPPORT – KITCHEN TEAM MEMBER - AM **
An important behind-the-scenes role working directly with our Head Chef and Stores Manager to ensure the effective management and organisation of food and consumable stock across the hotel.
The role includes:
• Stock management and control
• Receiving and organising deliveries
• Maintaining inventory accuracy
• Safe and organised storage
• Food safety and compliance
• Waste and cost control
• Working closely with our wider kitchen team
FOOD & BEVERAGE TEAM MEMBERS
Join one of our restaurant or bar teams and become a key part of creating a fantastic experience for our guests.
You could be welcoming and serving guests in our restaurants, preparing areas for service, serving drinks in our bars and working alongside our Food & Beverage leadership team to keep everything running smoothly.
We’re looking for people who:
• Enjoy working with people
• Have a passion for food, drink and hospitality
• Want to learn and develop their customer service skills
• Are great team players
• Care about delivering a brilliant guest experience
