We are looking to fill a number of Support Broker roles within our Humans Cornwall team.

At Humans Cornwall, we focus on practical, personalised support and creative problem solving to help people overcome challenges and achieve their goals.

📍 Hayle, Cornwall (with free parking)
💷 £26,000 per year
⏰ 37 hours per week

This is more than just a support role. As a Support Broker, you’ll work alongside people leaving hospital to help them regain independence, improve wellbeing and access the support, services and community connections they need to live well at home.

📍 Community-based (Truro/Falmouth area, with some travel to Newquay)

This is more than just a support role. At Humans Cornwall, this is a rewarding role where you’ll support people to regain independence, improve wellbeing and overcome challenges - working alongside them to find practical, personalised solutions. This role does not provide personal care.

🎉🎂 We’re celebrating 5 years of Humans Cornwall! 🎂🎉

Today we are sharing cake, to celebrate the 5th birthday of our wonderful Humans Cornwall service 💛 proudly rooted in human rights, because every human has a story and every person deserves dignity, respect, and support.

In the last 5 years, we’ve supported 11,575 clients, with their discharge home from hospital or preventing them being admitted, at their wish, taking a personalised approach and having the privilege of getting to know so many incredible people and their journeys. 🌟

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this story so far, here’s to the next chapter!
