​Everyone knows us for what we do with the kids, but The Mighty Anglers CIC is a sanctuary for adults too. We focus heavily on wellbeing and safeguarding, and we are incredibly proud (and humbled) to say we’ve helped prevent 4 suicides in recent years.

Get ready to cast off into a brand-new season! We are thrilled to announce the return of The Mighty Anglers CIC Saturday Kids Club, and we’re kicking things off with a massive splash.

🌟 THE BIG RELAUNCH: "HAVE A GO" SESSION

When: Saturday, 7th February 2026
Price: Just £1.00! Per Child

Whether you’ve never held a rod before or you're looking to sharpen your skills, this is the perfect time to start. For just £1, we provide:

✅ Professional Coaching
✅ All Tackle & Equipment
✅ Fresh Bait

🎣 EVERY SATURDAY THROUGHOUT THE YEAR

After our launch event, the club will run every Saturday for just £8.00 per session. It’s the ultimate way to master the art of fishing and enjoy the great outdoors at the beautiful Kernow Coarse Fishery.

Why get the kids into angling?

Fishing is about so much more than just catching fish! It’s a fantastic way for young people to:

Over 12s: Independent anglers aged 12 and over can be dropped off for the session.

Can’t wait till February, seems like The mighty anglers haven’t been on in such a long time.
Miss teaching the children and chatting to the parents.
Also Working along side our wonderful team.
Seeing the children’s faces when they reel in there catches makes it all worth while.. 🐟 🎣
We’re getting excited to get back to the norm of things.

We have been on a break just like you! But in the back ground we have been improving the way the club runs. So it’s even better for you!

With Spring in the air we are in the stages of planning an additional Kids Club for Sundays! Due to popular demand as requested by parents and children we have out on a trial date this Sunday 9th of March at Kernow Coarse Fishery from 10am.
