It is with the deepest regret and sadness that we have to announce that FirstLight Trust has ceased trading.

FirstLight Trust has instructed Lucas Ross Limited to assist in placing the charity into liquidation and all enquiries should be directed to 0161 509 5095 or [email protected]

Thank you all for your extraordinary support over the years we operated; there are many thousands of lives which have been touched by the work you enabled us to carry out. 'Thank you' simply does not do your support justice.

FirstLight Trust for Veterans - Hawick cafe hub would like to say a huge thank you to Trinity School p1's,. On Tuesday they had an afternoon visit in which they were learning about buying there own cakes and juice etc. We had an amazing time with them. Today we were handed in a banner full of pictures that each child individually made thanking us for their experience. We loved having them and look forward to seeing them again.

FirstLight Trust for Veterans - Hawick cafe hub are now taking orders for chocolate sponge, victoria sponge, lemon sponge, Coffee / coffee & walnut and walnut full / half tealoafs and assorted scones. Call or Pop in and fill out an order form if you would like anything.

FirstLight Trust for Veterans - Hawick cafe hub would like too say a huge thank you Drumlanrig St. Cuthbert's Primary School, for the amazing poppy display that they made and hung up in our window. Thank you too each and everyone that took the time out too make this for us.

FirstLight Trust for Veterans - Hawick cafe hub would like to say a huge thank you too each and everyone that contributed towards our million miles matters fundraising day on saturday. With the dancing, raffle, donations etc we raised a fantastic amount £1,700. Without everyone's support we wouldn't have been able too do this, thank you so much!! We have a few prizes to be collect, here are there names below, pop in and collect from the hub.

FirstLight Trust for Veterans - Hawick cafe hub can't thank the towns folk and businesses enough for all the help they have given us towards our fundraising raffle and donations. Top prizes included a night at Ruberslaw camping. Thank you to P for precious for the beautiful knitted set and all the amazing prizes donated. Hopefully see you all at the hub tomorrow.

As part of FirstLight Trust for Veterans Million miles matters campaign, FirstLight Trust for Veterans - Hawick cafe hub are starting of with a fundraising day this Saturday the 19th October. Starting from 10 am there will be a cake and candy stall along with a big raffle with some great prizes, which has all been kindly donated from our local community and businesses. The draw for the raffle will be around 12.30 by our local provist. There will also 2 little girls doing some highland dancing. We would love to see as many people as possible and if anyone would like to Kindly donate any cakes or traybake we would be very grateful, look forward to seeing you all on Saturday, thank you for taking time too read this post.
