We’re in the customer vote for a Tesco Fruit & Veg grants.

It’s a scheme which gives community projects like us grants of up to £1,500.

Tesco customers will now vote in Catterick Garrison store during August, September, October and November to decide how much funding we get.

The funds are for our Fruitful Futures project supporting our local schools to provide fresh fruit for all Key Stage 2 pupils.

‼️Local NHS services continue to seek feedback from community‼️

Hospitals that serve the communities across Richmondshire are looking for feedback about their services.

University Hospitals Tees (UHT), encompassing South Tees Hospitals and North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundations Trusts, is asking members of the public to have their say on how they feel about health and care services.

Patients, families and carers are invited to Market House in Hawes between 9.30am and 4.30pm on Tuesday 4 August 2026 to share their views on what is working well with local hospital and community health services and what needs to be improved.

Feedback can also be submitted online up until Monday 31 August by completing a short survey at https://www.smartsurvey.co.uk/t/Engagement-survey-Richmondshire

It was a huge honour for our Little White Car to be nominated and then shortlisted for a Community Transport Association award at their 40 year celebration event yesterday evening.

We weren't winners on the night, but making the top four and having the opportunity to meet our fellow CT nominees was a huge privilege. Well done to Daybreak Oxford, Badenoch and Strathspey Community Connections and to the winners, Holsworthy Rural Community Transport 👏🏆
