Bucks YFC Country Show 2026

Wow! What a fabulous day yesterday was 🤩

The weather was amazing, the sun shone all day long, we couldn’t have asked for anymore! ☀️

We welcomed so many different crafts stalls, trade stands, farmers markets and food trucks. We hope that you all managed to have a look round and find many goodies to help support our amazing local businesses!

The main ring was full all day with a variety of displays! Even though it was very warm, the working dogs did a fabulous job of showing off their skills, the birds of prey gave an impressive performance flying and some people were even brave enough to feed them and the pony club ramped up the excitement in the afternoon with some speedy mounted games! And finally, the YFC Olympics which consisted of a flour fight, 600 litres of custard and a bale pool, messy but so much fun. Just how young farmers should be 🙌🏻

The YFC ring saw some great competition from the competing young farmers which included digger skills, welly wanging and even a secret competition which was Bollywood dancing (some were naturals)… 🤥

Thank you to everyone who supported the show in whatever way that was, sponsoring, setting up, displays and to the public for coming along to see what we are all about! And a huge thank you to the Paton family for hosting the day!

After watching the display in the main ring, you can put what you have learnt to the test with your own dog! You might be pleasantly surprised 😮 🐕

We hope to see you all on 30th MAY at the Bucks YFC Country Show 2026 for some scurry fun! There will be competitions and prizes to be won🏆🏅

You do not need a working dog breed to enjoy the scurry, just keen ball or dummy drive & if not we can give a hand with this too😊

We will also be demonstrating some of our own dogs in the main demo ring from 11:05-11:30am.

Marquee is up, tractors arriving, tables are set and dinner is served 🤌🏼

All the tables have been put out ready for the fabulous young farmers craft rally entries! You will be able to have a look round these once they have been judged and I’m sure see a few friendly faces too 🐮

With some tractors arriving today and the rest tomorrow, you certainly won’t be short of anything to walk round on Saturday and speak to some true tractor enthusiasts! 🚜

Yesterday Newport Pagnell YFC were busy helping the show committee with the finishing touches for the big day 😎

Cleaning chairs, organising entry forms and lining the bale pool (although some look more help than others 🐾)!

Not long to go until we welcome you and show what young farmers is all about 🤩
