What is PATCH? 💭

PATCH (Pembrokeshire Action To Combat Hardship) supports local people facing financial crisis.

When individuals and families can’t afford the basics, PATCH provides emergency food parcels, toiletries, clothing and essential household items — helping people through some of their hardest moments.

And that’s where Pounds for PATCH comes in.

Because every pound truly makes a difference.

💛 £1 a week helps keep shelves stocked
💛 £25 can feed an individual for a week
💛 £80 could feed a family of four

Small, regular donations add up to real, practical support for local people — and every penny stays right here in Pembrokeshire.

If you’ve ever wondered whether a small donation matters… it does.

Support PATCH today through our Pounds for PATCH campaign and help us continue supporting our community.

We would like to Congratulate one of our Volunteers for being nominated for a St Davids Award. Jan has been with us for over 2 years, actually maybe more the way time passes by so fast! and like everyone is kind, generous, caring and plods on quietly to help others selflessly with out a 2nd thought for herself.
We are so proud for you and wish you all the best on the night and have the most wonderful time on the night. When you meet Max Boyce remind him your colleagues met him at No 10 on st Davids Day lol and send their regards.
Enjoy the moment lovely lady🥰

Our teaching support staff are often not celebrated enough for their amazing work. One unsung hero finally getting some recognition is Jan Luke, a much-loved learning support assistant, who goes above and beyond to nuture her pupils' wellbeing. Jan founded a group at Roch CP School in Pembrokeshire that is transforming the lives of vulnerable children. Whether she's collecting surplus food for cooking projects, leading holiday clubs or Pembrokeshire Pony Club, Jan is always present to offer a listening ear, help, and unwavering support. She has guided both pupils and staff through grief with empathy and resilience. Jan has now been nominated for a St David's Award, flying the flag for school support staff across Wales, who do a brilliant job. Well done, Jan! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿❤️

More wash bags and food items were dropped off this week to the The Wallich - Haverfordwest Branch who help our homeless in Pembrokeshire, recently
They officially opened the new hub in Haverfordwest.
The town centre hub is a safe space to access:
☕Hot drinks
👚Clothes bank
♨ Tumble dryer
🏠Drop-in housing advice (Monday to Friday from 10.30am)
It’s also the base for a ‘breakfast run’ van, which reaches out to people sleeping rough across the area. https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1ScSLWvSwE/
Again Thank You to everyone that supports us through our Auction's and donates. You all make a difference to those in need in our community 🥰
