We’ve hidden 7 FULLY STAMPED loyalty cards around Haverfordwest town centre, and they’re all waiting to be found! 👀

The rules are simple:

🎲 Find one of our hidden loyalty cards.

📸 Take a photo of yourself where you found it and tag us!

Patience and hope.

Doug sat yesterday morning, patiently anticipating the taste of a black americano, pensively gazing out of the window, watching the world go by.

I was sat across the room having my own coffee, when I noticed how cool this would look, “DOUG!! DONT MOVE!” I called out, then snapped this image.

It struck me as a symbol for what we’re trying to do here at GTBAL. Give people something to hope for, some light in a dark time, some sun shining on through the dark clouds that can often surround us. It made me think, Doug is just sitting here waiting for his coffee, but that’s all we need sometimes, through a time of struggle, we cling onto the hope that there may be a resolution just around the corner, shining through the darkness.

It’s true in all situations, there is always light at the end of the tunnel, so hold on, reach out, and find that light, it could save your life.

Well, Friday is here, well done, you made it!

Both spots are open today, to fuel you for your Friday duties! We’ve got Nancy in charge down in Tenby from 0930-1500 and we’ve got Lily and Kian running the show in Haverfordwest.

We’ve also got Tegan from DDAS in with us in Haverfordwest today, from 12-2 for drop ins, so she’s here to chat to anyone about alcohol or substance misuse, no appointment needed.

A little throwback to day in Tenby.

It was our first crack at an Ironman weekend, and I think we smashed it ☕️ 🥓

So many of you came in to see us, we had queues out the door, piles of bacon rolls flung out, literally hundreds of coffees (1200!) and so many new faces/followers.

We’ve got a quiet few months down in Tenby now, but whenever you guys are around, please call in to see us, it really helps. Next event on the horizon is the in November, that is set to be fantastic fun!

All of this support both in Haverfordwest and Tenby enables us to continue to provide what has proved to be a much needed service here in Pembs. We will do our bit, thank you for doing yours!

WHAT A NIGHT!!!

A huge thank you to everyone who came along, ate, drank, danced and spent their hard earned money to help us do what we do! 🪩

A special mention to Hook sports and social club, for hosting us, for feeding us, for entertaining us, .media_ for capturing us (see reel) and all of you for supporting us, we can’t do what we do without your help. We’ve shared lots of stats and facts in the last 24 hours, and these would not exist without you!
