Ladies and gentleman, the weekend..

Regardless of the end of summer, and all the crap weather coming in, it’s still been a blast at both GTBAL sites this week.

The rain can dampen our clothes, but it’ll never dampen our spirit! 🌞

We’re back open today, from 09:00 in Haverfordwest and 09:30 in Tenby, we’re looking forward to hearing your weekend plans, seeing what you’re getting up to, and sharing some laughs with you all.

Whatever you’re up to, we wish you a great weekend, filled with some wholesomeness, chilled vibes and some quality time, you deserve it.

Chaos. Carnage. Community. And one hell of a night.

On 10th October, we’re doing it all over again, and this year, we’ve got an even bigger reason to get together.

Since we started, over 1,000 people have used our service. 💙

Every ticket, every drink, every donation and every bit of support on the night helps us continue funding that service and getting more people the support they need.

And this year, we’ve got some serious help behind us…

The scenes to expect at our GTBAL Ball this October 10th.

Last year was a huge evening, full of laughs, music, dancing and getting together, all in the bid of raising funds, to help us support those in need in our community.

Our community have enabled us to help over 1000 people so far, and without you guys, it would have been impossible. This evening is to celebrate you, raise a glass to a successful year, and have a knees up!

This week has been absolutely superb, loads and loads of new faces, we honestly cannot express how grateful we are, for each of you who comes in to see us, whether you’ve been once or daily, you’re the heartbeat behind so many people accessing life changing support.

It’s been a wet and windy one this weekend, but fear not, we’re open tomorrow down in Tenby, for a seaside cuppa, we will be back open in Haverfordwest on Tuesday from 07:30.

We’re fast approaching our 2nd ball, this October 10th.

A room full of people laughing, dancing and coming together to support mental health in our community.

We’ve done it before, and this October, we’re doing it all again.

Every ticket helps us continue providing free counselling and support across Pembrokeshire, in a bid to create a healthier and happier future for all.
