🎭 MASKS, SHADOWS & ROLES

What if the exhausting part isn’t who you are…

but who you’re trying to be?

Most of us wear masks.

We wear different ones with our family, friends, partners, colleagues, and even within spiritual communities.

Over time, we can become so identified with these masks and roles that we forget they’re there at all.

The question is:

How much energy does it take to maintain them?

This Saturday’s Breathwork Journey explores the masks we wear, the roles we play, and the hidden parts of ourselves that sit behind them.

Together we’ll explore:

🎭 The Persona – the image we project to the world

🌑 The Shadow – the parts of ourselves we hide

✨ The Golden Shadow – the gifts, confidence, joy, and authenticity we’ve learned to suppress

🌬 Guided breathwork to help release old identities and reconnect with your deeper self

This isn’t about fixing yourself.

It’s about remembering who you were before the masks.

Join us on Wednesday, May 20th, from 11 to 2 pm at The Pallant Centre to discover a wide range of local volunteering opportunities and meet up to 26 groups and organisations who are excited to welcome new volunteers like you.
