Thanks to funding from North Herts Council, Stevenage FC Foundation is seeking a highly motivated, responsible, enthusiastic, and committed individual to work within its expanding community programme.
The Foundation is looking to appoint a Live Well Officer to support the Health & Wellbeing arm of Stevenage FC Foundation to develop an accessible health and wellbeing offer, in a variety of settings for all, to live more active, healthy and positive lives.
A suitable candidate would have experience of delivering and helping coordinate health related programmes, that demonstrates changes in behaviour, working with budgets and be able to demonstrate partnership working from previous roles.
Foundation CEO, Joe Goude highlights the importance of this new role “This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to come into the Foundation and take a much needed area of work, some incredible programmes, and really kick this area of work on. The importance of nutrition, healthy eating and tackling obesity within our society is something we are fully committed to addressing with great partners such as North Herts Council, who have funded this initial twelve months, as well as Public Health Hertfordshire, EFL in the Community, Herts Sport & Physical Activity Partnership, our other local authorities, and many more.
