We’re thrilled to unreveil our new face of the NHSF HERTFORDSHIRE HINDU SOCIETY!!✨✨
Our logo isn’t just a pretty picture; it’s a visual story – a vibrant tapestry weaving together Hindu spirituality and the student experience! At its core, Lord Ganesha bestows blessings for wise beginnings, while the sacred Om echoes unity and divinity. The lotus, symbolizing purity and growth, also honouring Goddess Saraswati, the wellspring of wisdom and creativity, guiding our quest for knowledge. The joyful presence of Lord Krishna embodies culture, harmony, and the vibrant spirit of our community 🐘ॐ🪷📖🪈

Together, these symbols capture the heart of our Hindu Society: as students, we flourish in knowledge, faith, and friendship, guided by timeless Hindu values – learning, growing, and celebrating as one family 🫂

We remember. We honour. We stand together.

This Saturday we will be observing Hindu Remembrance Day, which falls during Shraadh (Pitru Paksh) - a sacred time for us as Hindus to remember and honour our ancestors. 🪔

On this day we pay tribute to our Pitru (ancestors) who came before us and paved the way, and to those who gave their lives for our Dharma. 🪷

Join us for a morning of reflection, unity & bhajans as we pay tribute to generations of Hindus who protected and preserved our Dharma. 💛🙏
