i-Rock is new service for 14-25 year olds based at Rock House, Hastings (next to the old Observer building, up the road from ESK). We are made up of lots of different services that help and support young people. It is open 3 days a week as a drop-in, so you can just turn up when you’re free. You can come and talk to workers from a range of different services that may be able to help you. So, whet

her it’s issues with emotional wellbeing, mental health, education / employment or housing, pop in and see us!
