Every year, our members help hundreds of thousands of households across the UK access good-quality, affordable items for their home, often at moments of real crisis: fleeing domestic abuse, leaving care, resettling after homelessness, or simply trying to make ends meet.
None of this happens by accident. Behind every donation is a professional operation: safety testing, PAT testing, fire label checks, logistics, warehousing, retail and delivery. All of this is run by skilled teams and dedicated volunteers who take quality and safety as seriously as any high street retailer.
