A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our ☀️😎Summer Solstice Milonga😎☀️. Despite the soaring temperatures, so many of you made the journey to spend the evening with us, and we truly appreciate your support. It was wonderful to share such a special night together in the comfort of our lovely, cool hall.🌬️❄️

We were absolutely delighted to welcome Joe Powers, whose music brought warmth, joy and energy to the evening. His beautiful singing, his much-loved *La Partilonga*, and his deeply heartfelt rendition of *Isabelita*, lovingly dedicated to his beloved 😍, touched us all. Together with his own original compositions, he created the perfect atmosphere and made the night even more memorable. We feel incredibly fortunate to have had such a gifted musician perform for us.🤍✨

Our sincere thanks🙏🏻 also go to everyone who helped before, during and after the milonga. Whether you set up the hall, brought food, helped in the kitchen, or stayed behind to clear away, your kindness and generosity made the evening run so smoothly. We simply couldn't do it without you.

Most of all, thank you for bringing your smiles, your friendship and, of course, your love of tango. You are what makes our milongas so special, and it is always a pleasure to share these evenings with you.💃🏾🕺🏾💃🏾🕺🏾💃🏾🕺🏾💃🏾🕺🏾💃🏾🕺🏾✨

We can't wait to welcome you back to the dance floor again soon.

With love and gratitude,🤗✨

The 1066 Tango Team🤍

Cristina, Suzie, Julie, Cristina and specially to the heart ❤️ of 1066 Tango our great Aliye & Philip! 👏🏻👏🏻

What an incredible evening at the Stade yesterday with ! 💃🕺

A huge thank you to Pablo Nievas for an inspiring class, and to Alex Wingate for assisting and supporting throughout. Together, they guided us through the beauty and technique of enrosques and giros with such clarity and passion. It was a joy to learn from you both.

And of course, thank you to everyone who attended and brought such great energy to the floor. As one participant perfectly said: “Last night’s class was inspiring and the explanation was wonderful.” We couldn’t agree more!

Here’s a video to relive some of those special moments—enjoy and keep dancing! ✨
