The Downlands School Summer Fair is back! ☀️🎈

Join us on Saturday 27 June, 12–3pm for an afternoon of fun, food and community spirit.

There will be BBQ, tea and cake, ice cream, bar, craft stalls, games, music and dance, art exhibition, inflatables, plant sales, tombola and Downlands’ Got Talent.

We are also looking for stallholders and volunteers to help on the day. Whether you can run a stall, lend a hand, support an activity or help keep things running smoothly, your support would make a real difference.

🌞 STALLHOLDERS WANTED – Downlands Summer Fair 2026! 🌞

We’re now taking bookings for stallholders for the Downlands Summer Fair on Saturday 27 June, 12–3pm at Downlands Community School.

Are you a small business, crafter, maker, artist, charity, or local seller? We’d love you to join us for a brilliant afternoon of food, music, games, art, entertainment and community fun.

Stalls are £25 plus booking/platform fees. Set-up is from 9am, and stalls will be outdoors on the school field, so please bring your own table/chairs and a gazebo or shade if needed.

Professional stallholders will need to upload proof of public liability insurance when booking.

You may have seen in the Downlands Newsletter that Frank Jones, Year 11 Downlands Student, is running for Member of Youth Parliament (MYP) for Horsham & Mid Sussex, and Youth Councillor for Hassocks.

Frank needs help from our local students! All children aged 11-18, who attend school or live in the West Sussex area can vote.
