This week we replaced the owl boxes at Arlington Reservoir that we first installed in 2016. The new ones look great and hopefully we will see some barn owls taking residency soon.

There are only 200 chalk streams in the world, 160 of these are in the UK and most are in Southern England.

Chalk streams, such as the Itchen, are an important habitat for riverfly species, brown trout, bullhead, otter, water vole, kingfisher & water shrew.
